#1 Fish Face Exercise
By reading the name only you came to know that you have to make a fish face. This exercise helps you to stretch your cheek muscle. Which will help you in making your cheek less flabby. Suck your lips and tilt your head back and see the rooftop. Hold this position for a minimum 10 sec and repeat this for 8 times.
#2 Kiss your roof Exercise
This exercise you can perform while sitting also. Whenever you get free time and you are sitting on your sofa or chair. Make a pout and start looking at your roof. Pretend that you are kissing your ceiling. Hold the position for 5 to 10 sec and the release. Repeat 10 times.
#3 Neck Roll
Rolling your Neck is the most effective way to get rid of your double chin. Sit comfortably on your chair. Keep your head face in forward and start rolling in an anti-clockwise & clockwise direction for few minutes.
